Well. And that's all I have to say about that.

I am disgusted with my scale. I really think I have lost but it goes back and forth like a ping pong ball. I do know my pro biotic isn't working for me anymore and I think I remember that happening last time too. Protein is a real problem with me and I am beginning to wonder if fat may be also. What I don't get is the last time I did this it seemed like it finally straightened out. I do know for sure that if you are completely irregular it doesn't matter what you may have lost your scale isn't going to show it.And if I drink anymore water I will float away.

Thus the MIMs. I am hoping that Flax is the help I need. I really liked the basic muffin. I toasted it in a pan and had it with my egg which I actually over-easy-ed this time instead of frying it for a sandwich. But I think next time I will have the muffin and some veggie with it instead because I really didn't want more protein! Now that I have found the MIM I will not have so many eggs.......fat or no fat they give me way more protein than I can handle.

So I really feel as though I have lost a couple of pounds(or more) but have given up on the scale making up its mind. I also haven't weighed in here in 11 days now and if all I have lost is that well I have to tell you I might be glad it is gone but it is no way enough. I will never be part of the chirpy little choir who insists that a pound a week is good healthy weight loss.

So I am happy to have found the little world of MIMs but I am not happy with my lack of progress. I am under on my net carbs every day and I find the closer I get to 20 nets the more 'too full' I feel. I keep saying I will give up the bars and as of today I will. I did get some keto-strips and for the better part of a week I was around a 15 yesterday I dropped to 5. I have done some walking and I am on my feet most of the day doing something. And my clothes do feel different and I do look differently than I did. I wish I could be happy with that but what I really want is to step on the scale and have it say 180.

That is what I want. And that is all I have to say about that.

Ohhh. And why is it again you don't want to buy a new scale? Wouldn't you rather know than wonder? I'm just sayin'. The MIMs are really good aren't they? I was surprised. I think I'm going to have one tomorrow, I didn't get motivated in time this morning to make one. Hope things start moving significantly for you soon!!! *v~

I tried using 1 tsp of coconut oil instead of a pat of butter and no cinnamon and I ate a scrambled egg on top of my MIM.It was pretty good.
