have been eating like a pregnant panda and doing virtually no exercise... back on the wagon we go.
hopefully something can be done about my insane sleep schedule as well.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
