taking it one day at a time and not beating myself up for messing up. usually when i mess up i just say forget it and go off watching what i eat and don't exercise. this time, i am kicking myself into gear and holding myself accountable. i want this weight off. i miss my body.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
