Hmmm...don't know what happened this week. I lost more weight than I thought I would and that is even after I had about three days in a row where I ate quite a few more calories than I was supposed to. It is so odd how a person's body works sometimes. It makes me really happy since I am now almost down to the 220's, which I haven't seen for a long time, but a little worried, too, because I remember my aunt who had been really fat all her life and then suddenly started losing weight for no reason. She was really happy and said it was because she didn't have much of an appetite but then found out that it was really because she had cancer that was causing it. It eventually killed her, so I DO worry when weight loss seems unnatural and a person isn't trying hard to lose the weight. But for now, all I can say about this week's weight loss is...WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!! Yea for me!
233.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
