2143 kcal Fat: 74.29g | Prot: 143.86g | Carb: 226.52g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Blackberries, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) . Lunch: Raisin Tea Biscuit, Celery , Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Natural Peanut Butter, Chicken Broth (Home Recipe), Onions, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Mozzarella (Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture), Rice Cakes, Biscotti, Biscotti. more...
