Yesterday, did good with my food & stuck to my plan. One day @ under 1500 calories...I didn't die!

Took both doggies for a morning run, food for the day is planned & logged. Not surprised, I am feeling hungry today, not sure if it is real, or just in my head, but plan to tough it out like a big girl & stick to the plan.

Chicken on the grill for supper with lots of veggies! Tomorrow night, burger on the grill with lots of veggies!

Happy Tuesday...Never, Ever Quit...just try again!

It's such a bummer when you're hungry, but you've got the right attitude. Although a part of me believes that we should eat when we're hungry, I also know that, for me anyway, I'm not the best at knowing if what I'm feeling is real hunger, or just some vague uneasiness that I want to soothe with food. Give the poochies a hug from me!

Oh girl, i had a day like yours yesterday, was hungry, then ate, then still hungry, then sucked down lots of water, was still hungry, did a little workout, was still frickin hungry, took a bath, ate, and said STOP!!!! Today is much better, like you said, NEVER GIVE UP! WE ARE SO CLOSE!!!!

Great job with sticking to the plan and the run with the doggies. I know how hard it is when you're hungry, but you have the right attitude. Never giving up...just keep trying and trying. Hope the rest of your week is awesome!!

Sandy...I gave booth poochies a big hug from ya, they loved it! I have a hard time figuring out if I am really hungry, bored, or some other intangible emotion I want to soothe with food. Those are really hard habits to break!

Stef, the weather here is awesome today, so that really lifts the spirits up & makes me believe that anything IS possible!
