I've had a few stresses the last few weeks so I haven't done a good job of keeping track of me eating but I have been making an effort to make good choices everytime. Not saying i didn't have my share of sweets cause I did but i really tried not to go over board. I think I did pretty good.
262.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 62.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
