Not feeling good about myself at all. Eating is out of control and can't find what it takes to get back on track. A friend of mine did tell me about a workshop called "Embrace your life". Now that's not happening until April 27 but I'm going to it. Maybe just maybe it will get me back to where I need to be. April is a going to be a very busy month for me. Lots of doctor appts., spring cleaning ( which I would like to get done before my knee surgery ) and best of all my birthday. :)
We are having our Easter dinner on Friday due to our families work schedule so I'm trying to get things prepared for that. I'm not having to my candies here at all. I just hope the kids aren't disappointed.
Now to start my day. I'll try to make it a healthy one.

Good Morning Kate, STOP making excuses and get back on track. Remember how amazing you looked last summer. I had a dream that you were skinny skinny and I believe that you can do it. You know how to loose weight, you just have to make up your mind that you want to. Jason and Ashley's stag and doe is June 1st you can be down 20 pounds. I will challage you to loose 15 pounds by June 1st and I will buy you a new outfit Jeans and top. I will also loose 15 pounds. Have a great day. Love, Linda
