Pffffft. At least it's down today. :-)

My little sticks say I am still in the "moderate" range so I know I'm not doing anything "wrong".

I think I am seriously overthinking things and not just simply following the plan. Atkins is really not that complicated, I feel like I am making it complicated. So... I'm just going to eat what I'm going to eat and see how that goes.

I'll probably change my mind tomorrow! lol

Look I know how you feel! Atkins is simple. I will continue to keep my diet calendar here because it is so useful. But I am not going to try to cram every thing I can in my mouth to count 20 net carbs either. I have woken up in the morning feeling full two days in a row. I think I am eating to dang much! I assume your are talking about the LS strips or Keto sticks...do you think they help your mind set? I was thinking I would get some.

That's exactly what I'm trying to say! lol. I'm going to eat when I'm hungry and not eat when I'm not. As long as its on the acceptable list and I don't go OVER 20 carbs, I know I should be good. :-) As for the Ketostix, I do find they help psychologically , especially on days like yesterday and today. lol.

I think I am going to pick some up. Losing weight is a mind game you play with yourself I think. You need something that balances the tight clothes and the mirror and tells you that your body IS doing something!

Haha! You got that right! I know I can't figure it out most days lol. I get the store brand of test strips, much cheaper! :-)
