Woo Hoo fat fast! Down 1.4 since yesterday!! Still not back to my lowest, but not far now. Hopefully the remaining 4 days are successful as well. I'm not sure why everyone talks about the terrible hunger they experience on a Fat Fast. I guess everyone is different but I wasn't hungry even once.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 72.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
