Its Been 4 weeks without a workout.I have battled with flu ,fever and chest problems for a while.Very frustrating.Today i started again but with light weights and a gentle cardio.Will do this 3 times the week coming.Hopefully i can mix in some extra cycling too.Here we go again!

1 x 12 Bench press (10kg)
1 x 12 Seated curls(10kg)
1 x 12 Flies (10kg)
1 x 12 Concentration curls (10kg)
1 x 12 Pushups
1 x 12 Seated 45deg Db curls (10kg)
1 x 12 Shoulder press (10kg)
1 x 12 tricept ext (10kg)
1 x 12 front raises (10kg)
1 x 12 overhead tricept extentions (10kg)
1 x 12 Single Arm row (10kg)
1 x 12 lying bent over rows (10kg)
1 x 50 Broomstick twists
1 x 20 Crunch / alt knee touches / leg raises / side leg raises

Cooldown: Cycle 15 min
on diet Marty70's own diet  


It is always a good day to begin again. I remember you have health problems to really appreciate your struggles. Take care!

Sorry to hear you have been so poorly. I have just gone down with it..... Hope mine doesn't last 4 weeks.... I have a party to organise!!!
