So, I didn't wake up in time to make my muffin this morning and I can tell a difference. Not to mention, I wasn't prepared to work another 2 hours today with NO MUFFIN. Thanks for letting me know!!! Anyway, so that completely threw my day off. It'll be alright though.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! :-) Trust me, that won't last long, I wish it did. lol You are doing fine. I was wayyyyyy bloated and puffy when I started so, that's where most of that is coming from. I will say, however, that muffin in the morning makes a HUGE difference for me. I don't even think about eating until I get home. I'm glad I decided to try them, I'm funny about stuff I eat and if it looks weird, I won't eat it. lol It reminds me of French Toast and starting next week, I'm going to try some "diabetic" sugar free syrup on it. My daughter has already gotten into it, she says it's really good! So... I can't wait!
