I expected to lose a bit more this week, but I am happy! I'm under 300!
298.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1798 kcal Fat: 125.12g | Prot: 133.44g | Carb: 26.19g.   Breakfast: Diet Plum-A-Granate Iced Tea, Pepperoni, Cucumber (with Peel), Ciliegine Whole Milk Fresh Mozzarella. Lunch: Pernil Asado, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, diet cherry soda, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, white balsalmic vinegar. Dinner: rotisserie chicken. Snacks/Other: On The Go Fruit Punch Drink Mix, Fat Back Pork Cracklins with Skin, Pitted Manzanilla Olives, Chicken Broth, atkins caramel nut chew bar, Water. more...
