totally bombed yesterday when spending the afternoon with my grandson. back on track today with the start of my challenge. warm weather heading our way. have a goal of a pedi/mani when i lose my first 5 pounds. a new pair of tennis at 10 pounds.

day 4 .. back on track .. got in the groove today with a lot of balance, yoga and aerobic for a total of 44 minutes .. time to rock it

day 6 .. getting much easier to motivate self. added tree pose into my routine. not sore today. arms are sore from boxing in a good way. on my way.
