I think I have followed it 100% but I also see that I am not coming up with 20 carbs a day but sometimes less. Today I can only count 11.7 total. I am not hungry but still I feel like I am not eating all that I should.

Hi I can't see your diet calendar to see what is going on. I end up between 20 to 35. It varies. I just try to make sure I am keeping the protein and fat cat up. Don't forget to drink lots of water to keeps things flushed out. It really make a difference.

Easier to do this Kathy. lg lettuce leaf 2oz chicken (deli) 1 slice cheese 1 tbs mayo and then 2 romaine leaves 4oz salmon (canned) 1/2 of a tomato (half weighed 3oz) 2 tbs mayo and then for supper 2 hard boiled eggs 1cup of lettuce (iceberg and romaine) 1/4 mushrooms (raw) 1/4 cup of cucumber 3oz of chicken and ham (1 carb because the serving of chicken is 2oz/ 1 carb for some reason) oil and vinegar 1,5 oz cheddar cheese

That is 11.7 in net carbs.

You have very little vegetables in that menu. Perhaps try adding servings of veggies other than just salad--broccoli, green beans, snow peas, cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, etc etc.

Thanks RavenSoul I think today is going better. Seem to be getting the hang of this again. :)

I am going to add the other days but it is time consuming. I sit tooooo much as it is.LOL!
