Needed to do the LA Take Off today and yesterday.

I just finished doing the TakeOff last night... forgot how hard that was!! But I manage to get through it! I find today now I don't have those cravings. I guess its like a detox in a way. Hope you didn't find it as hard as I did lol

I always find it hard to not eat the usual carbs! Glad you got through it. I can't believe I used to do three days, now I do two. That is plenty, but good. I really could do another round after Easter. If you have been off track, can you do it in less than two weeks? I think so right? But it is the limited version, which is harder. Well maybe. It does cut the cravings! We should do it together sometime. It is easier that ways.

I realized after I had the two day TakeOff done that I had two versions of it! The first version was included in the book,(LIMITED protein, just 16 oz over the day, no sugar, no salt). The second version I have was given to me on a sheet of paper from LA Weight Loss a few years ago - (I signed up for a year and three months later they went under lol) BUT, I do have the program in hand so its all good. So the second version on this piece of paper says UNLIMITED Protein... which would have made a big difference to the suffering over the two days lol lol.... Which version do you have? Yeah for sure I am game... whenever you decide to do it again, let me know! If you write down what you eat, I do have a copy of the food journal created on Microsoft Word if you wanted a copy; you would have to adjust it to your plan, as I am noticing I have two different versions of Plan 3 lol

The limited protein is hard. Someone I used to know called me the B word after a few rounds that I did of that one, lol. I didn't know I was and it was rude for me to be told that way, but I do know it was hard and maybe I was crabby and did not know it! I think we can do the unlimited if we have fallen off the course or right at the beginning of starting the whole diet. i remember the limited could be done every 2 weeks. Great job on doing it. Hope it paid off. I am considering doing the unlimited soon however.I never heard of Version 3. I too lost money with them and never got it back.

Maybe you mean Plan 3 is the 3 day plan?
