Went to have 1 serving of Cheerios today and realized very quickly that the "1 serving size" was not gonna cut it! After that I used my food scale to weigh out portions of 2 servings each into sandwich bags. Much better and still works with one serving of milk. BONUS.... now all I have to do is grab a baggie and I will know exactly how much I'm eating from now on! I highly recommend doin this to anyone who has the time!!! Makes for easy serving once its all done :) Wish everything was that easy!
