I can honestly say that dieting is a state of mind. I was in a foul mood yesterday. I had lots to do but was so tired from not sleeping well the night before that I didn't achieve much. I went shopping for a few work-out items of which I found none I liked so in the end I was frustrated at the world and ate with a who cares attitude. Not too good but I guess it should be expected that there will be bad days. The trick will be to keep from turning it into a bad week.
