Aaack! Nothing at that party last night was worth seeing a 1.6 lb gain this morning. Sure, I can get it back off in a few days but, really, eating to be polite is just stupid. At least I took low carb dessert which made it really easy to resist the green tinted sheet cake. Actually, that would have been easy to turn down anyway.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I feel that pain, had our St Patty's day dinner last night, far to many things brought by others that you feel obligated to at least try. Just climb back on today and move forward, no point in looking back, it's over and done but tomorrow looks brighter. I'm shocked the wine spritzer and 2 glasses of wine didn't put me over, I might be aacking tomorrow though, maybe it takes another day to hit me.
