GOOD MORNING! Diet is doing well still. My stomach has been hurting, so I am now going to a liquid soup diet and hopefully it will settle down. I can't find a doc who will treat me which is BS, so if I have another episode with serious stomach pain, I have to go to the ER and then I will be assigned a doc. How stuipd is that!

I finally cleaned the leaf filled pond. I think my fish were enjoying it in the swimming pool HA, but they are now back in the pond.

I took Tammy on a hike yesterday and went to the gym. I realized it was almost a week I hadn't gotten into the gym. YIKES. I think I am going to get a white board with a calander and write what I plan to do on every day, which will help me stay focused. I honestly get distracted so easily and forget what I was gong to do that day ... OOPS...

Time to get moving, I should have more brain time to catch up with journals later today or tomorrow! I have missed so much in only 2 days I bet. It worries me when I am not online, I think to myself, it is because I am doing great, or am I subconsciously slipping??? AHH, I better get back online!

Thats weird that you can't find a doctor to help with your stomach problems, isn't that what they are suppose to do? Like the whiteboard idea. Sometimes I sit around bored and can't think of anything to do and actually there a lot I should be taking care of but somehow it convienently slips my mind.

Keep up the effort! I know what you mean about getting distracted. I used to be able to keep track if everything in my head. Now I have both too much to keep track of and too many years on me. I have a white board right here next to me... maybe it'd work better if it wasn't blank. ;)
