What I am learning about myself is that if I don't do white foods my body will take care of itself and start melting off the fat.

That I need to be patient and allow it to happen.

That I can do between 20 to 35 carbs and lose (right now). It will change as my body changes.

That I need to plan ahead and make my own high protein pizza creations, cheesecakes and unsweetened chocolate creations.

When I shop I must shop for the family first and then buy things for myself which will make me stay on track.

What I am learning is I like turkey deli meats, swiss cheese, cream cheese, splenda, western egg omelets, salmon steaks, tilapia, filet mignon steaks, onions, salads, tuna, cabernet, seltzer water, bacon, pepperoni, sausage, black angus burgers, black angus hot dogs.

And the list goes on........ Love the Low Carb Way
