day 19 TGIF
so the week wasn't good exercise wise, i did't watch what i eat and i hope that will help...i also intend on doing some exercise today, even if it is going to be at 9 pm...well actually later cause that is the time i get home. but i am motivated to do so...and of course its friday, so i will be able to do a workouit on saturday and sunday and use my new yoga matt and weights :-) really exited to use them !!! Lets see what more i can come up with what to do on the weekend to shed some pounds :-)
