I was pretty thrilled that I made it to 30 min. on the stationary bike each morning but my tailbone is killing me. I don't want to give up on the cycling as I enjoy it but I will have to cut back to give my butt a rest. I have thrown in treadmilling in the morning to replace the lost time on the bike. Hopefully my knee will hold out.
