OK, I'm really full. I mean, really, REALLY full. I am uncomfortable! I don't like this! Ack! Why am I so full!?
Note to self-yes, it's a small plate but you still probably cannot finish everything on it. Don't put so much on it next time!

The book I'm reading shares that our stomach is the size of our fist and meals should be about two fists (before chewing) if that helps with figuring out the portion to total meal ratio...I've learned to not drink too much during the meal to avoid a confusing fullness. Good luck!

Yup, that would have helped! LOL! I'll try to keep that in mind, though the uncomfortable feeling has worn off. It wasn't necessarily too many calories, just too big an amount at one sitting.
