Reverie's Journal, 04 March 2013

Totally prepped up for eating healthy this week. Organized my snacks, salads and other lunch items in the fridge so I dont cheat. Pancakes doing much better too; her wound is healing up nicely. It's a bright sunny day so spirits are up even if the tems are low (-6) today. Now I need to get some exercize in :).

One week of not watching what I eat and obviously over eating has increased my appetite too :( i feel hungry all the time again. I am trying to strecth the intervals as much as I can and eating smaller portions instead of big meals. Hopefully that should help in bringing my appetite down. Any other ideas to curb the appetite?

Good for you. Don't know about others but I do best when I plan, plan and plan. Good luck with that portion control - that is so hard for me. BTW - Glad Pancakes is feeling better.

PS - have you tried hot herb tea after meals?

@ BuffyBear- Is there a speific one you can recommend? I do use chamomile tea ever so often.
