So last night was my cheat night. I went downtown to a cocktail/appetizer party for a fund raiser. I had 2 mini cocktails, one beer, and a mini glass of red wine. I had a lot of little appetizers and needless to say I took advantage of my cheat day. I didn't cheat all week so I don't feel terrible about it. I need to double up on working out this weekend so I don't just break even on Monday for my weigh in. I have felt really bloated this week and haven't seen much of a difference on the scale. It actually said I gained a pound, ugh! Anyway I am not looking at that number since I still have 2 more days!!!
