So...... Have been avoiding facing up to you all that my resolve has gone out the window. However, today, played squash this morning and rejoined the gym tonight. I can feel the resolve seeping back. There is hope for me yet I think. I think this could be my year yet!!

You have done so darn good up to now, what's going on here? Of coarse there is hope for you, look at where you've been and how far along the road you've traveled. Get back on this horse, we're going for a ride! You deserve better of yourself, use the gym membership and be the person you set out to be. Nobody is stopping you but you.
