134.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.2 lb a week

That's most likely because you don't have much to lose. A pound or less a week is normal when you have so little to lose. Great job on your loss!
