well a planed a bit more again, went okay. Plan was great but life didn't go the way i planned so it still didn't fit the way i wanted it to and was hungrey half the afternoon, cause i coudn't get away from work so i wasn't able to eat soon enough after lunch. but i survived....won't have eough tim to go on the scale before saturday hope soooo mch that the scale will be nice to me and say i've lost a bit...doesn't have to be a lot just a bit to keep me motivated!
