Thursday, so I'm up at 5am and getting ready to go to the gym. I don't wanna but I will...
Feeling bloated & crampy and blah. I bet the sauna will feel extra good today after my workout. I'll just keep telling myself that. hahaha
After last Friday's fun night, I was up to 226 on Saturday. Yesterday I was at 223 and today 222. If I behave myself this weekend I've got a good shot at getting closer to the 218 that is on my last weigh in, which the FS website so kindly reminds me was 20 days ago.
I'd really really like to be under 210 by the end of March (my 47th bday is March 31). That's my goal. Whether I can do it or not, it is still a goal to keep working towards.

EDIT - Glad I went. I feel better now. And I was able to get that 5 minutes on the bike at exactly 1.25 mi this morning. I did 3 sets of 13 different exercises after the bike. Then sat in the sauna for 15 minutes.
