1966 kcal Fat: 69.65g | Prot: 115.00g | Carb: 215.14g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Original Lite Coffee Creamer, Plain Bagel Thin, Milk Chocolate Calcium Chews, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Chewy Granola Bars - Trail Mix, Black Raspberries, Turkey Sandwich with Spread, Bananas, Honeycrisp Apples. Dinner: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Fried Battered Salmon, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Movie Theater Butter Popcorn. more...
