I am pretty pissed off that my weight stayed the same since I really didn't have off days this week. Throughout the week all the way up until today, the scale said I had lost 2 pounds, so go figure! But...I didn't have time to eat most of my calories for lunch yesterday like usual and ended up eating something and drinking a 32 oz. drink right before bed and I don't think I peed that volume out, so that is most likely the problem. I usually don't eat that late, either, but got really hungry by the time I actually did have time to eat...late at night, so I did eat and stayed within my alloted calories. Oh, well, I just need to keep going. If I weigh myself tomorrow morning, it will probably be gone.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like your retaining water. Give it a day or two and it should be gone. Our water weight shifts constantly.
