I already eat fairly healthily and drink a large amount of water and go for a good fast walk every day. Just need some motivation and support from other people on the challenges. Only able to weigh myself once a fortnight, so unable to take part in recording wweight
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
