so i am going to try to write a journal entrey every day again, to keep myself on trak and to think about what i've done eachbday tonlearn and process it.. so its day 2 had my meals planed, that worked out very well. all planed for tomorrow too. did a bit of exercice, but just a bit...after a 12 hour day its hard to do anything but sleep..hut kickt myself to do a bare minimum...
