Thank you ladies. Do you know I posted those results with a real heavy heart as I have been making some poor food choices and overeating - but your comments have made me realise I am doing a good job so thank you for that. Mrspackrat I think taking measurements may be the best thing I have done yet. It is the irrefutable evidence that we are getting slimmer. Give it a go - you may well have a treat in store in a few weeks!!

I've actually had to buy all new clothes, the next size down, so I know I'm losing weight. I guess everytime I measured myself in the past, there wasn't much change. I gain weight all over my body. I'm sure if I did, I'd be pleasantly surprised :) I may get up the nerve!
