sorry it's late md i'm cranky.....i've gained 13 pounds since last March.......I cannot diet i'm out of control on sugar and sweets it's all i ever eat.....I need this group....I need to be accountable and to have someone checking up on me. I have fibromyalgia and don't work basically because I can't remember anything, I can't retain anything and I don't have the consentration to read up on these diet plans, it is sooooooooo frustrating
