So its my 3 day without dairy and grains and I am going strong! Ive lost about 5 lbs now and am a pound and a half to my mini goal of being under 200. I cant remember being under 200 and I think it was before I got married in 2008 so this is a big deal for moi! Ive found this transition pretty easy so far but the hardest will be when Im out with friends and family. Tonights dinner will be a new recipe.Sweet and spicy tofu stir fry. Cant wait to try it and post it afterwards. Yum!!

Good for you! I am right with you on wanting to see 199 on the scale. I think when that day arrives, I will be doign cartwheels and backflips!
