I can tell already that my bouncing up and down in weight is going to make the poor weigh in app weep with frustration.
I spot another problem as well-my fat intake is ridiculous! Honestly I had no idea-I eat organic salad with roasted chicken breast as a SNACK! My fat intake is over 50%-I would never have guessed that in a million years, it's supposed to be between 20 and 35%.
So, I think what I need to do is construct a meal ahead of time and see how it rates, fat wise. I think I'll try to start with just getting my fat intake down to the maximum allowable, 35%. Clearly it will be a change from how I'm eating now.
