While my weight has gone up since I first started recording it on here, I've been keeping track of my measurments, always taken at the same time of day, and with careful markers such as directly across my ASIS's (Anterior superior iliac spine) I've lost a total of 9.5 inches since Jan.28!!!
So I'm not saddened by the weight gain as it's most likely muscle from the workouts otherwise I wouldn't have lost 9.5in off my body in the last 3 weeks.

~ One step at a time, I CAN do this! :-D
175.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
