Keep at it.... I'm doing the same thing, just yo-yoing. But we can do this. I know it's frustrating but don't give up. It will happen.

It is frustrating. Hopefull it'll pass soon. I've been reading that you've been running. Keep up the great work! I'm sure you will hit your goal in no time. :D
