Ok scales that is just ridiculous!!! Back to normality now I can't be going on like this......the height in the graph is making me dizzy!!!

I'm hoping a little bit (trying not to kid myself) is due to bread and TOM bloat....but will soon see over the next week.....

Otherwise all is good :)

174.8 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi ya Tracy..don't get dicouraged just yet...you have come a very long way...you know your clothes are a lot smaller that they used to be..and you will never be able to wear the old ones..Hugs girl friend..:O)
