I'm barely hungry today. It's day one of my cycle and my appetite really suffers when it starts. I'm sure I'll be ravenous tomorrow. Looking forward to working out at the gym while hubby watches Z. She's home all week so it will be interesting to see if I'm able to workout as much. I'm thinking about paying the $3/hr it costs to use the babysitting service the gym offers. Might just have to do that because I only have 3 weeks before we leave for Singapore and Sydney and I'm almost at my goal, wouldn't mind being a little slimmer than 130.

I'm surprised how fast the weight came off this time. I'm glad I switched my ratios so that breakfast has the most fat, seems to be really working for me.
