I did the 5 day detox. I didn't follow completely because I had a glass of champagne valentines day then Friday night had quite a few more drinks. But I stuck to working out and eating and taking the supplements!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
