I've really been craving bread, so I splurged today at Wendy's and instead of the BLT Chicken salad I had a Double Stack (small). Glucose was 184 after. I guess I won't do that again. The carbs in the bread really affect me. I'm going to make some low carb carb Almond bread today. I know better..
