Checking in again! Been a busy couple of weeks. My birthday was on the 6th and I took the day off work and celebrated! Coffee with my man, then a few hours in the spa before meeting my sister for lunch and shopping, then BF got us a suite at a great hotel in town, a lovely dinner, etc. That weekend my sister and I hosted a brunch for about 8 of our girlfriends. It was citrus themed and we did an amazing job with the decorations! IT was so fun, and the food was great.
Per my promise to myself, I'm back into bodypump! I've been 3 times already this month, and I forgot how much I like the class. Really the hardest part is making the class times work for me, but I already feel stronger and it's definitely worth it. I'm still keeping up my cardio, too, and I'm more than 50% done my goal of 1000 mins of exercise for Feb!
Diet-wise, I could be better, but without even trying I am staying mostly on-plan. I have not weighed myself in a couple weeks, I am thinking I will make it a first of the month thing, just to check in. I feel great though- already from a few BP classes I feel like my core is tightening up a bit, and my arms and legs feel firmer and stronger, which is a great feeling.
Tonight I have a girls night out with my sister and a friend, but then no real plans for the rest of the weekend. So I'll have plenty of time to hit the gym, grocery shop and do some healthy cooking, along with some relaxation and the always looming PACKING!

Happy belated birthday! Sounds like you had a fantastic time! Great job on the body pump. Have you been getting migraines from it still? Have fun at girls night out!
