Into the 140s which feels surprisingly good. What a difference a pound makes. Going skiing this week and intend to keep to plan for the most part. Going to allow myself a few nips of French brandy throughout the day and a nice piece of fruit cake when I come down from the slopes . Hoping to lose 3 or 4 pounds but not putting any pressure on myself - I will be on holiday after all. If nothing else I should be super fit from all that fresh air and exercise.
