2227Gwen's Journal, 14 February 2013

It's been a long day....we worked very hard and many hours. I am tired but needed to log in what I ate and then write in my journal. I have come to the conclusion that whenever I join a challenge I tend to undermine all my good work. I haven't figured out why but I do know that whenever I start a challenge I start struggling...think it has something to do with the stress of success. So I found myself dropping out of the challenge and I already am feeling better about things. I know that I have a long ways to go and that it is going to take a lot of hard work...but I am hoping that I will find the commitment and strength to stay the course. I guess that I am just tired tonight and having a hard time staying focused.

Totally understand!! If it's too stressful, then just exit and don't stress about it. Do what you gotta do FOR YOU, then worry about challenges and such. Happy Weekend, Gwen!
