My food journal says I ate enough food for one and a half to two people today, but I swear, I am HUNGRY.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 February 2013:
2450 kcal Fat: 152.86g | Prot: 149.06g | Carb: 121.08g.   Breakfast: cream, coffee, Farm Favorite Omelet. Lunch: palek paneer, tandoori chicken, Gulabjamun, butter chicken, chicken breast, indian rice pudding. Dinner: rib eye steak, asparagus, unsalted butter. Snacks/Other: cheddar cheese. more...

You might try adding more fat. Butter, mayonnaise, high-fat cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, avocados, fish, or pork products.

Add more vegetables too.. fiber helps you to feel fuller longer.
