I didn't weigh or measure the tortellini, but I didn't do that badly & I did weight-lift. I think I have to assume this is lots of roughage and normal variation - or just be sad.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
