Tuesday,

So far been struggling today, just not feeling myself...crabby, no patients, short tempered, disorganized, unstructured, can't stay focused. Not sure why, I got plenty of sleep, but I don't feel rested.

No walmart trip last night, ended up working late.

No excercise this morning, not sure where the time went either. I was planning on pilates after work, I guess I will leave that up to if I can get out of work on time. If I don't work too late, maybe tonight I can get the walmart thing off my to-do-list.

At least it isn't Monday again.

I hear you. Days like that are hard to get through....sometimes there are reasons, sometimes the reasons stay hidden. Hope you can get to Pilates, but if you can't, maybe doing something like giving Doggy-Girl a massage would work wonders for her....AND for you. Hope the day improves for you....tomorrow will definitely be better!
